The day after my official birthday we took the kiddos to the new riverfront park. It was more than I ever expected it to be. It will be ever prettier after a year or two when the plants and trees grow a bit.
One of the artificial trees on the playground...
It's so nice having the park right on the river. So much to do and see for all ages...
Griffin posing on the frog statue...
Sam having fun climbing...
Posing with Uncle Bob...they were starting to get very tired and hungry at this point.
After lunch at Chic-Fil-A and a nap we had birthday cake...
Robbie couldn't find any other candles so I got to blow out "21" once more in my life...
Such a sweet little face...
It was a very fun and memorable birthday weekend!!
Glad you had such a nice birthday and weekend. But, 21 !!! Get real my little sweetie. Y ou're at the best age in life. Savor the day. Luv, mom
ReplyDeleteWhere did you find those cute kids? They missed you when they got home. Called me Aunt Amy a couple of times. Love, Phyllis
ReplyDeleteHa ha!! When you used to keep Sam everyday, she'd sometimes call me Grandma when she was over here. They are so funny!
