We still have to hang some pictures, valances, and I am working on ideas to cover the lights on the wall in the office area but overall, we are done! We no longer have to spend every evening working on this project after work or every waking minute on the weekend. Bob and I had pajama day last Sunday and spent an entire day doing nothing but relaxing on the new sofa and watching movies. It was a much needed break and it was so rewarding to spend a rainy day in our lovely family room. I tease Robbie that we should call it the "Bob and Amy room" since he will soon be working, going to school, etc. and probably won't be home much to enjoy it. ha ha!!

ReplyDeleteThanks Susan! At first this project started out as exciting, but then after two weeks and still a mess, we started to wonder if it would ever really look good. About a week after that we started to see light at the end of the tunnel and are very happy with the results!
